Greetings Everyone,

Does anyone know a way to manipulate (reformat) incoming/outgoing caller ID over a bridge?

I have a client with a few remote offices that need the ability to call each other, however, when they were initially configured (without a bridge) each office uses the 1xx extension range, ie 101, 102, 103.

They have cards and marketing materials printed with those extensions and do not want to change that.

I setup outbound rules to call each office as follows:

Office 1 - Dial 1+Ext
Office 2 - Dial 2+Ext
and office 3 - Dial 3+Ext
(and office 4....etc).

Everything works great as far as outbound routes go and all extensions call call each other, however as far as caller ID goes i'm a bit lost.

The extensions still send the original CID of the extension (without the prefix) which I expected. My first thought was oh, this will be fine just go into the caller ID tab under the trunk and reformat it...however bridges do not have that ;).

I may be missing something obvious, if anyone has an idea of how I may accomplish this that would be awesome.

Best Regards,

Chris W.
