Manipulating the incoming CID

I need to manipulate the incoming CID in 3CX... The reason is that my VOIP provider sends the CID without the +31 international prefix but palin 0201122334... I am testing the Exchange UM integration and Exchange does not recognise the number when it is stored in the address book with +31... So I need to be able to remove the 0 and prepend +31 to the CID. Anybody any Ideas?
