Manual Backup Not Full Backup - V20

After updating to v20 beta 3 and 4, a manual backup gives me 350MB while a scheduled backup is 4.6 GB. I think it's a bug. I'm running Debian.

Is one including voicemails/recordings?

In version 18 I could choose what to include in the manual backup. This one doesn't include recordings.

Do you have the option for “Include local/temporary recordings”?
