Hi Guys,
I'm wondering if there is a way to achieve what a client has requested.
Their configuration is as follows:
During office hours, the main number goes into a Ring Group, if the call is unanswered the call goes to Call Q which plays welcome/on hold prompt.
They have asked for an easy way to divert that incoming calls to different mobile phones depending on which user is available on that day, when they are all out of the office for training. This will be done on an ad-hoc requirement, and ideally they would be able to turn on and off themselves. Ideally by using the Forward programmable key on Yealink T46S.
Any ideas on the easiest way to implement such a feature?
They are on V16 and using Yealink T46S phones.
