Solved Manual login to mobile app

Morning all,

We have an instance where we would create the users on the system, but they do not have a company email address and we don't want to use their personal email addresses either. These users only have access to mobile devices, no computers. What's the best way they can log in to the mobile app without a QR code or welcome email?

It's not possible to get the mobile app provisioned without the QR code or the associated file. This means that someone, such as an administrator would need to receive the Welcome Email and send the QR code or provisioning file.

To get the provisioning file, use a QR code scanner app online such as zxing and copy the link it provides. Paste it in your browser and it'll download the 3cxconfig file.

Thanks for this. Also as an alternative I have saved the QR codes as images from the user admin setup page and sent them to these users line manager to keep a record of. Seems to work well enough for now.
