Hi,

Can someone please let me know how I can manually register phones(snom C520) that aren't shown in the drop down list of available phones!

Hello @NewbieBryan

If a phone is not listed then it is not a supported device by 3CX. Of course this does not mean that it won't work if configured properly, but as the device was never tested by 3CX, no support can be provided should any issue arise.
In order to manually configure the phone, you'll need to access the phone's web UI and set an account. Information that you'll need includes PBX address and sip port, authentication ID and password, extension number, etc.

Additionally, I have heard that these should be supported in the next Service Pack release (which I would assume is SP5 of 15.5 of 3CX when it is available) nothing is a certainty until you see this for yourself however.
