You need to look at your local firewall in front of 3CX as this is what is being checked- the brand is ?

And configure as per 3CX's guidelines:

Depending on the brand there maybe a specific guide. Ports need to be configured as per:

hi,
the problem is not from your debian server but from your outgoing connexion, you have to check how your firewall is configure (or sometimes your outgoing router).

Hi @eng5ald

You firewall (or ISP modem) must be configured correctly as stated above by the other forum members.

If you do not configure it (Port Forwarding) then it will automatically assign any port it wants to your PBX traffic. Try to setup your ports following the links by @eddv123 and @Clément Rousseau and when you are done run the firewall checker again to check your progress.

We need Full-cone NAT if you want to look it up online.

we are using FortiGate 800D and we make the forwarding configuration but still give me the same error

we need to make reboot for 3cx system after making the configuration in the local firewall
