Mass call divert

Hi All,

What is the best way to allow a single person or persons the ability to divert all office calls to a voicemail or external number in the event of a mass meeting or similar bunk?

As @leejor said. If you go to Settings > Dial Codes you can setup a code to force in/out office hours. Give that person/persons that code so they can call it and set your system to the after-hours destination.
