Mass swapping several Inbound Rules

Context: We have a client with roughly 40 different sites, some of these sites have up to 10 individual DID's. On occasion this client will have their sites go into a Staff meeting digital receptionist, or holiday. The problem is that each site has an individually different digital receptionist and message. Which means as of right now when these events happen we have to go through and change each DID to their respective Holiday or Staff Meeting digital receptionist.

Does anyone know of any add-on or even if this can be automated through API? There has to be a better way to do this.

You could try introducing dummy extensions and route the calls based on status availability.

Give them receptionist view and allow them to change the status of extension.

then let the customer change the routing when they like.
