Hi,

I have a master (PBXA - 1xx) and a slave (PBXB - 2xx) pbx connected and working fine. We need to route calls from PBX B to PBXA (extension 111) if customer press 2 from the IVR. I cannot figure out a way to do this?

Is this possible?

Thank you very much for your time to respond.

Since you cannot route calls from an IVR to an external number, you will have to use something in between like another extension.

You could do the following:

1. Create a dummy/routing extension.

2. Edit it and go into Forwarding Rules.

3. Scroll down to the end and create an exception to route all calls to the extension on the bridged PBX. If your bridge prefix is 9, the exception entry should look something like this:

(* will act as an wild card and match all calls)

4. Then simply set IVR option 2 to route to this dummy/routing extension.
