Master Counter Login

Hi there,

is there any possibility to open up the snom master counter trough the master counter console?

Because suddenly, i m not anymore able to login into the master counter.

So i have the idea of a workaround, to get access to the master counter via the 3cx management console.

I'm sorry if it's something obvious but what is the Snom Master Counter exactly and how does it work?

Since I do not know what it is I cannot be 100% certain but it does not sound like something you would be able to access via the 3CX Management Console.

The Master Counter is your "Main" Station where, for example, the local phonebook is located.

Even though i´ve have changed the password of this master counter in 3cx, i m still not able to login into the master counter.

What can i do?

Do you perhaps mean you've got a base station that's serving other dect devices, if yes what exact model is it?

If I understood correctly, all you would need to do is reboot the device. If it's able to contact the 3CX PBX it should be able to re-provision and therefore get the new password you have set. Try rebooting it and then access it with the new password and let me know how it goes.
