Matching 3CX CDRs and 3CX Plugin API Ids

Hello, I want to match 3CX CDR with 3CX Plugin API records. I see pattern that plugin record has CallId 28:3 and trough CDR has come 00000BFD08CA6D87_28. Is that somehow possible? In documentation states that CDR ID is unique but I don't know what 00000BFD08CA6D87_28 means?

You should perform this match using the caller number, the destination extension, and the date and time of the call. The IDs will not match. The 3CXPhone client has its own counter, which is not related to the ID used by the server.

What if there is a difference between time on the server and on the computer where the softphone is installed?

You should enable Internet Time Synchronization to avoid that.
