MatchMaker integration

Hello,

I have a customer that uses MatchMaker CRM - which integrates with UC+ to allow them to make outbound calls from the CRM with 3CX via TAPI.

They would like the ability for MatchMaker to screen pop (show the contact in MatchMaker of the person calling in 3CX) and for the MatchMaker to make a new contact in their CRM with their contact details when someone rings via 3CX.

I don't know much about MatchMakr, UC+ or TAPI so would appreciate if someone can advise.

You would use the CRM Integration for this. TAPI still works but requires the Windows client.
