MAX OUTBOUND RULES

Good day , due to the fact that the 3cx don't really do pins , you have to make custom pins via outbound rule.

I would like to know , what is the max outbound rules that can be made on 1 pbx

Actually there is no limitation on how many outbound rules you are going to implement on the system.

We do have the PIN protect IVR which would authenticate the user to make an outgoing call.



The Voicemail PIN is used to authenticate the user and allows 1 outgoing call, with x seconds to establish the call.

Yeah thanx Nikos, Nicholas , I am happy with the unlimited outbound rules .

But I don't want to open a can of worms but the 3cx fails with a proper Pin service , without manipulating the 3cx and phones .
