Hi, need help please.
Ive been trying to create a new instance and I keep getting this error.
I saw a post saying it has something to do with the Elastic IP - I havent associated the instance yet.
I can't release our Elastic IP since we need it.

If you cannot release any Elastic IP associated with your account, you should proceed to get an additional IP(s).

Hi Kryriacos,

I did only disassociate the Elastic IP. We also have other spare Elastic IP that I tried associating with but still same error

Did you see if you can raise this issue with AWS, or if any error is visible on that side?
