Did u checked if all 3cx services were running ? Maybe one of the services couldnt start for some reason...

Please restart Digital Receptionist service and send log-files from the '<3CX PhoneSystem folder>\Data\Logs' directory to my e-mail: [email protected]

By the way, do you have by any chance another (not the one installed by the 3CX Phone System) PHP installed on your computer ?
