HI does anyone one have any install notes/ setup notes on setting up a mediatrix 1204 to work with 3cx PBX has a PSTN gateway.

Cant seem to get this working

Unfortunatley that is not a supported device. It may be a bit of a challenge to configure and from what I understand it seems you will likely end up having to dedicate lines to out going / incomming ONLY.

Hopefully someone might be able to shed light on this one. Be sure to go over the device's manual available online as well:
