Medical CRM integration not worked

Hello everyone!
Can anyone tell me why the integration stopped working after upgrading from v18 to v20? What changed in v20? The patient card no longer pops up.
It worked before the update:

When an incoming call occurred, the patient's card was pops up by the phone number.

Now in v20, when testing, it gives an error
The value cannot be an empty string or composed entirely of whitespace. (Parameter 'mediaType')

I searched the forum for a solution, and changing the Post to GET helped.
Problem solved.

Weird that it worked before with POST requests. That's totally different than a GET.
