Meeting Greeting

When we have our weekly meeting, can you add a feature that will make it so our phones don't ring at all every Monday between 11 and noon? So the caller will get a special message that we're sorry, but we're in a meeting and will call them right back when we're out of the meeting. Something like that.

Set up the one of the statuses to goto Voicemail and record a special greeting for it
Tell the user to change their status at meeting time, either by star code on their phone, or by 3cx Phone App or automatically based on their Outlook calendar.
