Have found information on this topic on how to make this work if the user is getting a Meeting Not Found.
That if fine and it "fixes" it every time. Just would like to know why it happens in the first place.

Enterprise Perpetual
16.0.504

Just upgraded last week.

have you checked your firewall? We had issues today with the old IP range we used to whitelist. so you may want to check to make sure you aren't blocking any traffic.

I have the same problem since this monday afternoon : all the meeting links redirect to a "meeting not found" window

try whitelisting the following IP's in your firewall for port 443

216.239.32.21, 216.239.34.21, 216.239.36.21, 216.239.38.21, 35.242.241.239, 51.195.4.63, 51.81.106.49

I looked at our cisco ASA and these were the IP addresses that were being used for the webmeetings. I suspect they might be using google cloud servers for their new webmeeting hosts.

Started happening for me around noon PST also. Still unable to join conferences. Web meetings are working fine.

@bwitzig : thanks. but whitelist this IPs does not solve the problem. Still meeting not found. I have done a firewall check that is all green.
Like @aberry Webmeetings is ok. It is scheduling conferences, even for now, that fail.

You may have to restart services to get the PBX to sync the meetings with the MCUs.

Please note that as we are expanding the available servers, the IPs may change as the old servers are retired and replaced by bigger ones

Support had me restart the 3CX PhoneSystem System Service. It fixed the issue for me.

I restarted all the services and this solved the problem !
thanks

Thanks, restart services fixed the issue for me as well.

same here, restarting fixed it :)

Had to restart this service a few times since 1 year and it was indeed solving the problem, sadly not this time. Could it be that new IPs should be whitelisted as well ? Could someone confirm ?

you can confirm that by checking what your firewall blocks, the MCU you choose is preferencial, not guaranteed.

In case it is too busy, you will be directed to the nearest one and if the IP is blocked, then the PBX will not be able to inform that MCU of your meetings.

Well haven't changed any settings on our 3CX server or in our firewall. This morning when I tested, it was working again. Even if we were still experiencing some issues (people disappearing from webcam, randomly able to speak or hear two persons but not the third one, etc...) even with quality settings set to the minimum.

Understood. If possible, in case your participants face this again, log in to your meeting (with your own link of course as appears in the webclient) and click the gear icon.

Then, click in the Info tab and report which MCU you are connected to at that moment when the issue occured.

will do next time... thanks !
