Solved Meeting starts once organizer joins

When creating a video conference, is there a way to have "Meeting starts once organizer joins" default to unchecked? (using v18, desktop app or web client)

I'm afraid that currently there is no way built in way to change the defaults via the WebMeeting options.

Can I ask, is that new in v18 or have I just missed it all this time? I have an early morning biweekly meeting I set up for my business leaders group and I wasn't aware I needed to be connected first, until I happened across the setting. (now I have to remember to uncheck it every two weeks)

Hi @SteveITS,

The UI changed quite a lot, for example WebMeetings was an option in V16 where now it's divided into Audio / Video. While Webinar stayed the same, the Video option has the checkbox selected by default. I think best practice when setting up a WebMeeting / Webinar is to open the options panel and ensure the options suit your needs prior to creation.
