Hi,
actually i have 2 v18 bridged pbxs , one on premise other on cloud, I'd like to merge all on the cloud one.
is there a way to push a config file or a second backup without erasing what is existing from the first pbx ? and avoiding the need to set manually everything coming from the second pbx.

Internal dial plan are on same logic with 3 digits but not on same range so they are not overlapping
trunk are existing on each location but with proper authentication and calling number
DIDs and outbound rules are also not the same on each location
Emergency rules also

Of course this is not usual to merge pbxs , but if there's a small chance to avoid manual config, I take it ;)

I'm afraid that this is not possible. If you take a backup from the on-premise pbx and restore it on the cloud then it will overwrite the configuration. You can probably skip a lot of manual configuration by utilizing the import/export functions where possible such as for extensions and inbound rules, etc.

Ok thanks, it could be great to have a new feature in 3CX menus to push some additional settings with no pain, more extended than existing import / export

Just export/import extensions and DIDs. The rest can be done manually.

Not the simplest but easier than on many other systems'

I'm not sure I've seen anything similar ever recommended before but I guess you could take a quick look in our ideas section to see if anything posted anything similar and upvote it.
