Merge two Separate Calls on Windows Desktop Client

Hello,

First time posting here. Scenario is I have some call me, and I answer on the Windows Desktop client. Then I place that caller on hold, and I call a different number. How do I merge the two separate calls together on the Windows Desktop Client?
