message waiting indicator on polycom 501

Hello:

How do I get my polycom 501 to alert me with there is a message waiting? There is a message button on the phone but does not work with 3cx.

In the polycom phone config Line 1:

Message Center
Subscriber ext#@3cxIP - [email protected]
Callback Mode: Contact
Callback Contact : 999 - the # you dial for getting into VM to program your message button to dial VM.
