Mic volume extremely low

I have two staff using the android app 18.0.7 and both have reported, and I have confirmed that outbound volume is nonexistent. I have multiple staff using the same version on various phones without issues. Any idea?

Hi @bobbyg .
Please try to switch Audio System API and let as know.
Settings -> Advanced -> Audio Options -> Audio Subsystem API
