We are looking at configuring Dynamic CRM integration. Our primary objective is to save all inbound / outbound numbers to Dynamics CRM.

Does anyone know what type of License do we required on Dynamics 365? We cant seem to find any articles around this. Appreciate your help.

You need a PRO license to enable CRM integrations.

Do you need to automatically create contact records in your CRM when your customers call you, or you call them? The integration can do this. Also, it will log calls in the contact's activity feed.

I think his question is more like one I had a few weeks back:

What Dynamics licenses are supported?

We currently have an Enterprise license.

We need to automatically create the contact on the CRM when a call is received. We need to know what's the license type we need from the Dynamics 365 side since there's alot to choose from.

Thanks for the clarification. I'm not sure to be honest. We test this with the "Sales" product and the license is named "Dynamics 365 P1 for Information Workers", but I'm not sure if this is a Professional license or something else (maybe P1 comes from Professional). That's something that you will need to confirm with Microsoft. You just need to have access to their REST API.
