Microsoft SQL Issue

Hello all,

I am having issue with Call Journalling on Microsoft SQL. I can Lookup by Number fine and it returns all of the correct results. It's just INSERT that seems to be having issues.

My query is INSERT INTO sims.CallLog (contactnumber, calltype, calldirection, agentextension, calldatetime, callduration, description) VALUES ('[Number]','[CallType]', '[CallDirection]','[Agent]', '[DateTime]', '[Duration]', 'Call')

When I run the SQL command directly on the server through SSMS it works fine. INSERT INTO sims.CallLog (contactnumber, calltype, calldirection, agentextension, calldatetime, callduration) VALUES ('00000000000','Outbound', 'Outbound','254', '06/11/2021 23:40', '00:16') - I have hidden the external number with 0's but I copy and pasted from the error log and inputted it directly into SSMS.

Attached is the Verbose log for the error.

I am using the MsSQL default CRM template.

I am praying that someone can offer me some advice.

Ignore this - I rectified it by re-importing my own version of MsSQL template.
