Good evening everyone

I'm trying to migrate from an Azure VM to 3CX Hosted, but whenever I take a backup, I get the error "No admin's email in backup file.":
1742841705403.png
I checked that my extension is set in the voicemail-settings, deleted the default operator (100, for us 000), and all other system owners also have an email-address in their respective settings.
The email-addresses of the most users (except dummy users) are synced by M365.
edit: All users have a email-address populated.

This message is kinda generic, as it does not help me at all, and after changing settings and taking about 5 new backups, trying the changes, I decided to come over here.
Can anyone help me with getting the 3CX migrated?

Kind regards
Manuel

Are the SO emails unique?

What version are you coming from?

Yes, they're all unique.
I'm coming from the latest version, Update 5 released last week.

Right now it seems to be working. I restored the same backup to a local install, took a backup and uploaded it to the migration assistant/wizard of 3CX.
Will keep you updated once it's finished.

Migration did work.

- Downladed the backup
- Installed a local PBX
- Restored the backup
- Took a backup of the local instance
- Took the local-instance-backup for migration
