Mini SIP server with STUN that works on a single NIC

For those interested, I was looking for a STUN server to install on a personal 3CX setup and found this link:

Easy to install, but it wants to also run a mini SIP server on port 5060 so you need to change its SIP server port to avoid a conflict with 3CX.
