Hi guys
Im running V18 U9 B23.
There seems to be some issue with the reporting showing incorrect data.
Call report, you can see there's at least 6+ calls answered by the queue.
Q performance shows only 2 calls were answered. This seems to be a reoccuring problem with the report misreporing.
