Missed call email notifications suddenly stopped sending

v14 sp3. Email notification for missed calls were working until 12/30/16.

All other email based notifications seems to be working. Just missed calls notifications are being sent. I have tried rebooting system and no real changes have been made to the system.

Anyone have any ideas or know where these are logged?
