Missed call without ringing the EXT

Hi

We are facing abandoned call issue and when we check the call logs for the particular EXT and no missed calls.
We have configured Call queue setup in our office.
Please help me how to check the abandoned call logs.

Run a report



Also check the extension is logged into the queue in question

Check the activity log to see if the ext is being called within the queue

Note : If the call reaches the 'Destination if no answer' this is classified as a lost call,
