we are using the latest version of 3cx and snom360/snom370 phones.

calls are comming in with +431..... and are stored in this format in the callerlist of the phone.

when i now try to call back one of these numbers i get back "not found ...." on the display and the busy-tone is played.

How can i change this, so that the callback is working correct.

I have the same problem when i do a callback from the 3cx-myphone.

TX and best regards

Martin

hello,

I dont know what you can do with the phones but through myphone the following will help:

You got a number stored in some sort of format and call transfer fails. Through 3CXMyPhone you can create in "settings ->preferences" at the bottom a prefix.

Through the prefix you will be able to format the number as it should for the make call to succeed.
Meaning you can decide on how many digits need to be removed and what digit(s) can be added after the stripping.

I would also recommend that you read this article in case you havent already as you are using snom phones:

http://www.3cx.com/blog/docs/call-setup-snom/

Calling back to a number "as displayed" on the phone can depend on a number of variables. Does your system require a prefix digit or do you normally just call numbers "as is", and it is just the inclusion of the "+" sign that is causing a problem.

This is probably worth looking over...http://www.3cx.com/blog/voip-howto/caller-id-processing-distinctive-ringing-alert-info/

And...http://www.3cx.com/forums/international-dialling-codes-22007.html#p111142

3CX's e164 number processing will allow the + to be replaced, if that is the issue, in your case. You still have to have outbound rules in place that match what you are dialling
