Missed calls ring back

Hi all,

When I missed a call in my screen stays 31 (6) ******** for a mobile number.
nou is the issue i cant call that number back.

how do I solve this problem?

From what I am reading, when you miss a call - the display changes and then you can not dial any numbers. It doesn't work.
This sounds like a phone issue and not a 3cx issue.

If you mean something else please elaborate.
