Missing Call button on edge and chrome

Hi,


Has anyone had the call button not show on the webapp on edge or chrome since latest update of the browsers.
The button still works, but the handset and green handset is not visible. once you dial the red button will appear.


Firefox is fine, I rolled back the pc and it shows again on older version of Chrome and Edge

We have a customer that multiable users share pc's on different shifts so can't have the app installed.

Hello, I confirme same side effect after a chrome update.

Version 130.0.6723.59 (Build officiel) (64 bits)

Hi, that happens because you may have updated your browser for example Chrome: 130.0.6723.59 or Edge: 130.0.2849.46 in these versions.

Therefore, you have two alternatives:

• Remove the browser to a version lower than these (Not recommended keeping the browser no updated for security reasons)
• Update the system to V20 SP3 where this doesn't happen, as that impacts installations running v18 and v20sp2.

Ok sorry. Its not V20-3 yet. But is v20-2. Will sp 3 not be affected the same way?

Is that the only fix or go to firefox?

Please apply the sp3 update in that server and you should be fine
