Missing conference call dialog on Call Assistant

If Call assistant is set to 'Always on top', and the conference call dialog is brought up, it disappears behind the call assistant and cant be used.

Download the new call assistant that was released on the weekend.

It remembers its placement. You can move it where you want and next time you start up it wont be in the way.

I know it isnt a fix as such but it is a quick workaround that only needs to be done once.
