Missing features, or retired?

How are the RTP ports customised? "Settings -> Network Settings -> Ports" only has fields for the SIP and tunnel ports.

Trunk management/status has been oversimplified - we need to be able to view current calls, endpoints, as well as the ability to disconnect a call (e.g. if there is a phantom call).

Extension management/status has been oversimplified as well - we need to be able to view DND, queue, and extension status at a glance on one page. We need the ability to change these in one place as well. This used to be on the "Other" tab within extensions.

Have there been any changes to the schema for the phone provisioning templates, or will v14 templates continue to work without issue?

Hi Leonard,

Most feature are 'in waiting', coming in SP1 or SP2 at this stage.

3CX are aware of our concerns relating to the simplification of the various interfaces and have stated most of those 'advanced' features will return.

As for your schema question, the V14 templates will work, but there is no nice way to edit them at this stage. If you are performing and upgrade from V14 to V15 then your existing templates will register and work. You may need to upgrade your phones firmware though depending on the model.

Extension status you have. We can add Status info (dnd is is not a state now - We are using Profile statuses)

Yes phone provisioning templates have changed. We added some new variables.
When you make a backup and restore, the v14 templates will be restored.
Everything will work and the phones will still remain working.
However it might be possible that when you go and edit the page, you will get an exception or the custom template will not be loaded. If this is the case, then 3CX cannot recognize your old v14 custom template and you need to make a diff with the one inside the v15 build to understand if there is a Structure problem or maybe a critical variable was added.
