missing folder

Hi all,

I am in the process of trying to update the firmware on an polycomn ip 6000 to v 4.07

but find %programdata%\3CX\Data\Http\Interface\provisioning\ is missing.

Any suggestions on what I need to do ?

C:\programdata\3CX\Data\Http\Interface\provisioning is where mine is. If you do not have it, recommend backup your 3cx, uninstall, install, restore from backup.
