Missing Functions

I am using Windows Client Ver 16.3.0.220. As of this week, I have noticed the following problems:

The list of extensions (Presence Information) is not showing on my phone
When I click on the voice mail icon, instead of showing me the list of vms I have available, it calls the voicemail extension
I cannot change the status of my extension to DND, Away, Out to lunch, etc. from the usual drop-down list
I can't get the receptionists view to show up as a separate visual tool
I can't get the program to open up when I click on the icon. I must restart my computer for the program to work

Are you using the client with a 3CX PBX? If so, which version?

I do not know the answer to your question. My company has been using the 3CX system for 7 years. We all have Yealink phones and I have the 3cx app on my phone and the Windows client on my computer. I am just a low key personnel and am the only one that I know of that uses the windows client.

In this case, I suggest you consult your IT department so that they can figure out on their side why the app isn't connecting to the MyPhone API correctly.
