missing important features in V20

Yesterday weI upgraded v18 to 20 and we are missing a lot of basic things. A user (or at least a user with the Receptionist role) must be able to add contacts to the company address book.

Furthermore, not being able to assign different voice prompts to a holiday set is also an absolute miss. Can you make sure that this comes back as soon as possible.

It's beyond my why they've regressed with this version. V18 was great. V20 on the feature side is the other direction. All these changes with no reasons given other than they just don't exist.
