Missing menu button

We have a user with a Samsung S5 running Android 5.0, 3CX client 12.5.35 for Android, and 3CX 12.5.

The 'floating' circular menu button is missing, so can't access settings to switch accounts, or exit the app gracefully.

Surprised not to see this on the forum already as there seem to be a few users experience this according to the Play Store reviews, with various handsets.

Any suggestions?

I have 3CXPhone version 12.5.35 on a Moto E, running Android 5.1. The menu button appears as three vertical dots in the lower right corner. Touching that gives access to Settings, Help, Register and Exit. Unfortunately, I don't have a device running 5.0

On Samsung phones, in the V12.5 client the menu comes up if you long-press the recent apps button, which I believe is the one on the left.
