Missing SBC option

Hi,

I was hopig one of you might be able to help. We are just about to go live with 3CX (in 5 weeks time) so just working through the last few bits. We have just gone in to the SIP trunks area in the admin panel and we cannot find the "Add SBC" option. We have the pro license and are on the latest version. Does anyone know how to get it back?

This option is only available in Ver 16 Update 2 Beta - https://www.3cx.com/blog/releases/sbc-session-border-controller/

If running previous version , you need to configure the SBC manually -

We are just about to go live with 3CX (in 5 weeks time)

In 5 weeks time the BETA "should" hopefully be the full release, but if not just to confirm - I would recommend you do not go live with a BETA version regardless of what features it adds, you can upgrade later.

Thanks, Thats great however, I cannot find the information on how to set up the SBC the old way (pre beta) and the download for the SBC pre beta? It seems that the documentaiotn and downloads on the website have already been changed to reflect the beta software rather than the current stable software. Is there anywhere else I can view the instructions and get the v16 (pre beta) SBC download from? I could only see the v15 one in the older versions list.
