Missing Test button and Variables with own CRM integration

I'v created a simple CRM integration with the CRM Integration Editor. It works in the editor perfect.
However, when uploading it to CRX system the Test button as well as the defined variables do not showup and therefore it can't be configured properly.

3CX System: 15.5.0

Any idea what might be wrong here?

You will need to upgrade 3CX to v16. You're running 3CX v15.5 Update 5, which doesn't support many of the features that are included in the template generated by this tool. Probably you will not even be able to upload this template to such an old installation, as it will reject the format...
