Missing Video Link Download After Conference ended

Hello,

I did a video conference on behalf of a client, as their Zoom was having issues.

The conference was only 12 people in numbers, so not huge.

I logged in 15 mins early with the presenter and made them a Co-Host.

After a few teething issues, with people coming in (never used 3CX, so understandable), i set it to record and the presentation started and such.

After say an hour it all finished and i ended the conference.

My 3cx Meeting Report email, stated that i was the ONLY one connected for 4 seconds.

I have asked my Co-Host in case they got the link.... but NOTHING....

Any help here?

An Hour later, i had a video conference completely unrelated and got the full 30 min video of that within minutes...

Hello, can you send me the organizer URL in private? I'll check our system logs.

After some troubleshooting, the customer was able to retrieve the recording URL from PBX logs.
We verified WebMeeting SMTP logs and every single email was delivered without errors, so the problem is on customer email provider side (Outlook / Office 365): in some cases it does not deliver emails.

We suggest to whitelist our SMTP server, o3.smtp.3cx.net, in order to ensure every email is correctly delivered.
