Mitel Hosted to 3CX Migration

We are in the midst of talking to a client who uses Mitel Hosted VOIP services and we will be implementing 3CX. If anyone has done this before, can you provide any checklists or project plans or advice so we don't miss anything? Also is there a way to output a configuration from Mitel and import into 3CX, is this even feasible?

You are talking apples and oranges. While some easy conversion method might be available if you are converting to a newer version of the same make of PBX, Mitel and 3CX are going to be so different, internally, that it would not be feasible.
