MMS photos being delivered, but not accompanying text

Incoming MMS messages are being delivered, but the text part of the message is not. we are only seeing the picture.

When checking the Twilio Messaging Logs, it shows that both the text part AND the media are being received by Twilio.
I'm not sure where to begin troubleshooting this, so any ideas or pointers would be very appreciated.
Running an Enterprise Annual License, 4 SC, ver 18.0 update 5 (build 418)

Upon further digging, if there are multiple photos, only the first is being delivered....

Thankyou, I noticed this today when testing a Flowroute trunk was wondering if it was a known issue, looking forward to "update 6".

Since we just released V18 Update 6 alpha, you cand try it to see if the issue is fixed. But you will have also to use the latest 3CX beta clients.
