1. Why on the mobile application I can not see the connections rejected from the queue, as it is on the webclient or the PC application.
2. Why don't calls marked as handled reduce the number of missed calls and remove them from the list?

1. Why on the mobile application I can not see the connections rejected from the queue, as it is on the webclient or the PC application.

The 3CX Android App does not include a view for abandoned calls and this is by design.

2. Why don't calls marked as handled reduce the number of missed calls and remove them from the list?

Call handling is only for abandoned calls so the fact that it does not affect the missed call entries is expected.
