We have set up a free 3CX service and are having issues with most app users not being able to answer the incoming call.
We have a Call group which rings 5 users at once, only one of the phones can answer the call, and all other phones when clicking the answer button on the 3CX app does nothing.
We have tested this on both WIFI & 4/5 G Mobile Networks.
