Hi,
Just wondering if anyone is using the following combination and can assist.
Client is using the 3CX windows desktop client with a Sennheiser SDW-5016
There is also an iPhone connected to the headset via bluetooth for use with the 3CX app and for normal mobile phone calls
The scenario is more about the iPhone and headset combination and not the 3CX app or desktop client.
The user is on a mobile call outside of the office. not a 3CX call in the app, and using the Sennheiser headset, just a normal mobile phone call.
He walks back inside towards his desk and the iPhone pairs to the Bluetooth headset which is in the charge cradle/ base.
Automatically the call audio is re routed to the headset even though it is not lifted off the base.
Is there a way to prevent an active call re routing the audio to the headset when it pairs, either in the iPhone or the headset?
