Modify installation from 16SC to multi-tenant

Hi everyone,

I'm so sorry if question has been already asked but I can't manage to find my answer.

We wanted to install a multi-tenant installation (hosted by 3CX) but I didn't get it right at first. I installed a usual installation with my licence, and only afterwards i've noticed the multi-tenant option in the download page. I can't seem ti figure how to convert or recreate the installation.

Could someone help?

I think you need to reinstall as it is a different installer if i am not wrong.

Yes that's what I figured. But I'm not sure how I can release the licence safely and get it back at the state I bought it. Without doing that I can't find is available when I try to install a multi-tenant.

You should contact your sales manager to change the license if you've activated it as a single instance mode. youll find their details in your customer portal.

Regardless of everything else, this is the fundamental flaw: it doesn't work. 3CX hosted by 3CX does not offer multi-tenancy.
